Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1st, 1977) is an American comic and singer. Her most famous performance was when she was a part of the NBC sketch-comedy series Saturday Night Live, from 1997 until 2002. Since then, she has appeared in such sitcoms as ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and in the feature film Mean Girls. She began her career as a Northwestern University voice student, but switched over to theatre studies once she got involved in the campus improv group. The same spirit accompanied Gasteyer throughout several roles, including the overly controlling Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the odd Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. It is the NBC sitcom American Auto is the one that will finally give Ana Gasteyer the starring part she deserves. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She was the TV show's telenovela in the HBO TV series Eastbound & Down, Capadocia on Amazon Television, and in the comedic Nacho Libre (2006). Reguera was raised in Veracruz. Nena Dela Reguera, her mother. The actress was Miss Veracruz, a journalist, and TV personality. Reguera studied ballet as well as began classes in performing arts at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
